A brief history

The origins of Beech House dates back to 1658 when the property was originally a farm house. In the 1700s the Georgian facade was added and Victorian extension were added to substantially increase the internal size of the property. The current owners tastefully extended the property in 2001.

Extensive renovation works

Potential purchasers will be excited to find that Beech House has been fully modernised throughout yet retains the classic Georgian features. For example, the property has retained its original sash windows which have stripped, re-weighed with additional sound and draft proofing. It has the benefit of a completely new roof, a complete re-wire, new central heating system, cast iron radiators throughout (with the exception of the kitchen breakfast room which has under floor heating).
